Braincademy
Independent biohacking studio building science-backed digital products. Sharper focus, deeper sleep, steady energy — without supplement stacks the size of a pharmacy.
READ THE NOTE ↓The wellness internet is loud. Every other post is someone screaming about a new protocol, a new supplement, a new routine. Most of it contradicts what was said last week. Most of it is opinion dressed up as advice. And almost none of it explains why, just what.
I come from engineering, not neurology. That means I read studies the way I read a spec sheet: looking for what holds up under stress, what the actual mechanism is, and what falls apart the moment you change one variable. The wellness space, when you do that, turns out to have a lot more noise than signal.
Braincademy filters for the signal. The basics that are well‑studied, well‑understood, and quietly effective. Sleep architecture. Light timing. Movement. Nutrition. Cognitive load. Soon: personal finance, because the same approach maps onto money. The protocols that work are usually older, simpler, and less photogenic than the algorithm wants you to believe.
That is what Clarity Creates means. Cut the noise. Show the structure underneath. Keep it short enough that a real person with a real job can actually use it.
The site started with biohacking. Finance is being added next — because the same first-principles approach applies to money as to sleep, and the wellness internet does not cover it.
There is no influencer attached to Braincademy. No protagonist story, no “I cured myself in 90 days”. The product is the brand. That is intentional.
What goes into each guide is a synthesis: peer‑reviewed research on the topic, the work of the few credible voices in the space (Walker, Huberman, Sapolsky, Søberg, Buettner, Walker), and the specific protocols that survive when you actually examine the mechanism. The output is short, structured, and cited. The format is built so you can read a chapter in 20 minutes and apply it the same evening.
If a protocol is in here, it is in here because the evidence holds up — not because it tested well on Pinterest. If you find better evidence later, email it to us and the guide updates. Lifetime access means you get every revision.
